Can you give me an example of how you save property developers money?

We recently completed some Design SAP Calculations on some new build houses near Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire. The houses did not initially comply and many of our competitors would have added PV panels, solar panels, unrealistic air permeability rates just to gain compliance. This would of course have added tens of thousands to the build cost.

Where are you based?

We are based in Amersham, Buckinghamshire and can visit sites throughout England to carry out any required planning statements and reports about energy efficiency. The vast majority of our work is carried out online and we are proud, in this day and age, to still be able to offer a fast turnaround of energy calculations, consultancy and EPC’s. Many of our competitors are now offering lead times which stretch into months.
